These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the philboss platform and all services offered under the philboss brand. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your philboss login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. philboss will never contact you to request your password by any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
You agree to notify philboss customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Until such notification is received, philboss shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account activity.
philboss is required by PAGCOR to conduct identity verification on all players before processing withdrawal requests. Verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's Licence, Philippine Passport, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. Incomplete or failed KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending resolution.
You may request closure of your philboss account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests must be resolved before account closure is finalised. philboss reserves the right to close any account for cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraud, or suspicious activity, without prior notice.
philboss currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). philboss does not accept payments from third-party accounts — deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum daily deposit and withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and are displayed within the Player's account Cashier section.
Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes via GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours on banking days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes in most cases. philboss complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. philboss reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the AMLC and PAGCOR as required by law. Depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited.
All bonuses, promotions, and incentive offers made available by philboss are subject to the specific terms stated at the time each offer is presented, in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these General Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
All bonuses issued by philboss carry a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately within your wallet. Wagering is first deducted from real money balances unless otherwise specified.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single offer, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or placing low-risk hedged bets to clear a bonus — constitutes bonus abuse. philboss reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without recourse.
Each game available on the philboss Platform operates under rules specific to that game and provider. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and its software outcome, the software outcome — as recorded on philboss's and the provider's servers — shall prevail.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game disruption, or system error that affects gameplay or the calculation of winnings, philboss reserves the right to void the affected round or wager. philboss will not be liable for losses caused by technical failures outside of its control, including but not limited to network interruptions, device failures, or third-party provider outages.
Certain games on the philboss Platform may carry maximum single-win limits or maximum payout caps, as specified by the relevant game provider or philboss's internal risk policy. Winnings that exceed these limits may be subject to review and, where applicable, capped at the stated maximum. Such limits are disclosed within game-specific terms.
philboss reserves the right to void any wager that was placed under erroneous conditions — including system errors that resulted in incorrect odds, incorrect payout calculations, or prices manifestly out of line with the market. Notice of any voided wager will be provided to the Player via account notification.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the philboss Platform:
All content on the philboss Platform — including the philboss name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and text — is the intellectual property of philboss or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

philboss's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by philboss's internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR, which has jurisdiction over licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. Disputes regarding individual game rounds, transaction amounts, or bonus calculations must be raised within thirty (30) calendar days of the disputed event. philboss will not process dispute claims submitted after this window has expired. When assessing game disputes, philboss's server records and the records of the relevant game provider shall constitute the authoritative record of all gameplay outcomes.
philboss reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, philboss will notify Players via a site notification or email to the address registered on the account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the change takes effect, unless the change is required immediately by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through philboss's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
The PAGCOR licence under which philboss operates is subject to Philippine regulatory oversight. All gaming activity on the Platform is governed by PAGCOR's rules and the applicable provisions of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation Charter.
